try this:
boot hdc:boot/linux root=/dev/fd0 load_ramdisk=1


I think, you're telling it in your command that you have an iso9660 
floppy....which I don't think is possible.

UFS is a filesystem, you don't need it, I think it's just the last of the 
filesystem types the kernel tries.
