well this IS NOT in the srm howto or i am really BLIND (maybe
that's why my nick is BlindMan? 8) ...

ok, i just grepped the SRM howto for auto_action adn boot_osflags
but no match was found. i grepped the version which is accompined
with aboot (well the hwoto accompined with aboot's source is more
up2date then the one in doc-linux-text/html...)
anyway, i wouldn't have asked if had found the needed information in the 
howtos ... and i also wanted to search the ML archive at w.d.o
but it results in no results if i enter the searchterm aboot, so
something is broken there (probably but i am not sure)

anyway, thanks for the tip ... and a FAQ would be nice ... or i
will mail the srm howto maintainer to mention how to do this ...
