Install UDB with only CDROM?

Is it possible to do an install on a UDB with only
a CDROM (no floppy).  I can get milo running from
ARC and boot a kernel image but get stuck when it
asks for a root image from floppy?

I've been trying combinations similar to this:
MILO> boot sr0:/boot/noname/linux root=/dev/sr0 load_ramdisk=1
with different root devices but no luck.
