Bad Alpha root floppy.

The Debian 2.1 Alpha root floppy in our mirror here, in the directory

	debian/dists/stable/main/disks-alpha/1999-03-05/

seem to be bad. The program dinstall seem to be missing from it and the
installation hangs at the very beginning. Here is the file and date:
