problems with ypbind

By default, the package is compiled with -O6 which is probably too
much with the current state of the Alpha compilers.

I have uploaded a new package to master, compiled with egcs1.0.3a and
optimization "-O", it works well for me for 2 days now, whereas the
previous one was rapidly crashing like yours.
