I was thinking more of making it a source package so that it can be easily
compiled.  I'm just so darn fond of our packaging system and build
routines :)  Basically, I want to make it so that anyone can roll their
own MILO if they want instead of always having to rely on the prebuilt
copies just because it's so hard to build otherwise.
