I'm having second-thoughts about this RFS. The update from rocBLAS 5.3.3 to 5.5.1 was quite painful. After testing on more GPU platforms, I now believe that there were some concerning bugs introduced with the 5.5.1 package.

Unstable is still on 5.3.3+dfsg-2 and I think it might be better to prepare a 5.3.3+dfsg-3 version with the new binary packages than to introduce them with 5.5.1+dfsg-1~exp2. It may take a while to debug the issues with the new upstream version.
