Not until the official release of GCC 4.9.0, unfortunately.  That's one
of the reasons why gcc-4.9 and gnat-4.9 are in experimental and not
unstable. Currently, each new upload contains a new upstream tarball.
After an official release, the gcc-4.9-source package will contain the
pristine upstream tarball and the patches including svn-updates.diff
which brings the upstream tarball up to date on the gcc-4.9-branch.  For
now, there is no svn-updates.diff and the upstream tarball changes every
time.
