po_gnatdist packaging

Hi,

Since po_gnadist is used to produced distributed applications may be it
should belong to libpolyorb1-dev instead of polyorb-servers ?

May be a 2.6.0~20090423-7 can correct this ? If this is OK, I'll do it,
it shouldn't take too much time.
