Then use your arrow keys to explore the menu. I don't have two environments installed, but mine shows Mate currently. My reading suggests that there’s some sort of icon that you can click in the login window that will allow you to select which desktop you want to use; However if I tab through the dialog, I’m not seeing that icon.
