So where did the 192 come from?

That I can do - I don't use IDE on my Falcon so I could perhaps even add
the SCSI driver and give it a spin (ST-DMA interrupt sharing/locking
should still work there).

Yep; now we're at a stage where a framebuffer driver makes sense to have.
