Re: [Debconf-team] Schedule proposals and decision for the next meeting

Hey Maxy, Santiago, and the rest of your team:

the schedule looks really good I think. It's impressive how you
turned all the new stuff and special wishes into such a coherent and
clear schema. Thank you!

Regarding the 90 Minute lunch/dinner slots: it's a good idea and it
should probably suffice. But there is also no real reason why
lunch/dinner can't already open 30 minutes beforehand, right?
I think the youth hostel said something about needing 2 hours for
this amount of people, but I am not entirely sure. It might make
sense though — or to open it 15 minutes early and run 15 minutes
late. Not everyone will want to attend all talks and this will help
alleviate bottlenecks.

There is no facilities team, but I'll be happy to help with the
hostel. I don't think we want to start too late because there are
early risers, so maybe something like 9:30–12:30? would be good?

Or asked differently: what would you like to have? Then I can see
what the hostel says and try to arrange it.
