From our fundraising template:

DebConf is the primary venue for Debian developers and
contributors to meet and facilitate the ongoing development of the
Debian distribution, its derivatives, and related subprojects. Our
conference is entirely volunteer-run and funded by generous
donations from organisations and individuals, including travel
sponsorships that make it possible for developers from all over
  the world to collaborate face-to-face.

And then you can add e.g.

Purchasing a sponsorship pack or donating to DebConf directly
benefits the development of Debian and strengthens the community.
We offer a number of benefits to our sponsors. Please visit
  http://debconf15.debconf.org/become-sponsor.xhtml for more
  information.

And maybe even

We're also open to talk with you about repeated sponsorship on
a subscription basis. Please write to sponsors@debconf.org if
  interested.

If better, I could also make a page on www.debconf.org for the
current and future conferences.
