I went back to 5.13 and used a slower speed. But I failed again:
rasca@lupo:~/pictures> growisofs -Z /dev/scd0=fotos-backup.iso -speed=1
Executing 'builtin_dd if=fotos-backup.iso of=/dev/scd0 obs=32k seek=0'
:-[ Failed to change write speed: 2770->1385
rasca@lupo:~/pictures> growisofs -Z /dev/scd0=fotos-backup.iso -speed=2
Executing 'builtin_dd if=fotos-backup.iso of=/dev/scd0 obs=32k seek=0'
/dev/scd0: "Current Write Speed" is 2.0x1385KBps.
