V 1.22 Beta 3 X problem/fix

One file did not get updated in the 1.22 beta 3 release.
Please copy
     /v/includew/v/vtexted.h TO /v/includex/v/vtexted.h

I've tried to have only one copy of the vtexted.cpp source
(in /v/srcwin), but still need multiple copies of vtexted.h
for each platform, and I didn't update the X version. Sorry.
