Ok, I tried to subscribe.
Looks like it worked, but I got this PostgreSql error in the confirmation
page:

A general remark about your site: I find the menu hard to read (black font
on dark blue background).

Here are my comments from an AM perspective. I jsut when through the
site as I would if I were intending to work on applications, and noted
what was missing, etc. I'll do the same from an applicants perspective.
Other people's input from the applicant perspective would be useful at
this point as well. Please go to http://nm.spi-inc.org and try
applying, and send comments to spi-general...
