AFAIK IBM is marketing postfix (AKA "IBM Secure Mailer") as open source,
even if there is a conflicting clause in the license.

I think debian or SPI should officially complain: if we don't act then
the trade mark will be diluited and we could lose it.

I understand the author (Wietse Venema) is willing to make it free but
needs arguments for IBM lawyers.
