There is no change in the upstream.

The enca project is migrated from https://github.com/nijel/enca to https://github.com/Project-OSS-Revival/enca

Both URL's point to the same sources.

The  current readme on salsa gives information on upstream sources.

I am posting another RFS request which will use older URL's to minimize the confusion.
