Okay, I created debian/0.4.1_git20170517.2ed5a50-1 and 
upstream/0.4.1_git20170517.2ed5a50 tags. I hope it's the right thing.

Cool! This really fixes the error, at least for me.

Furthermore, I fixed post-receive hook on Alioth. I accidentally set 
post-update hook instead of post-receive.
