This now only seems to document the background of how these bitmaps
work, and how users can interact with them using qemu-specific tools.
The document does not refer to NBD or "Network Block Device".
There is a file "nbd.txt" in the same directory which documents the
relevant metadata namespace, however.
Did you mean to refer to that instead?
