If it's completely internal, make something up :-)

If you think you may want it to form part of the spec eventually, post
a request here, Wouter or I will create a branch in github, and that
branch contains the experimental protocol documentation. That will
get an allocation of bits/integers which we will endeavour to keep
until merge, but cannot guarantee it. See the existing extension
branches at github for examples.
