[Nbd] 3.5 released

Hi,

I released nbd 3.5 yesterday, to plug CVE-2013-6410 (incorrect parsing
of the access list as specified by the authfile option).

The only other change was documentation-related, which by pure chance
was also related to authfile.

Hence, if you're not using the authfile option, 3.5 should be
irrelevant; if you are, I recommend upgrading.
