[Nbd] nbd project updated on sf.net

Hi folks,

The sourceforge.net people decided to upgrade the nbd project to their
new platform.

I wouldn't normally mention this, except that this also involves a
change of URL for the git repository. If you've got a git checkout of
the sourceforge mirror living somewhere, you want to do something along
the lines of

git remote rm sourceforge
git remote add sourceforge git://git.code.sf.net/p/nbd/code

(where you replace "sourceforge" by the name of the sourceforge remote,
and optionally add a "--mirror=fetch" in between)
