[Nbd] Yet another NBD server out there

Hello,

I just wanted to let you know that I have just open-sourced the project
on which I have spent lots of my time for the last few months, stealing
this time from my wife and kids (my private after-hours project):

It is a true network _block_ device, not a network _memory_ device as it
does not take any advantage of the buffer cache on the data origin
server...

There is not much documentation for it currently, but I am working on
it...
