[Nbd] ubuntu 12.04.1 can't mount /dev/nbd

hi,all!
my server is ubuntu 12.04.1,kernel version is 3.2.0-32-generic. nbd module is loading, but i can’t mount an nbd device to a directory.
 
 
root@...1230...:~# mount /dev/nbd15  /tmp
mount: you must specify the filesystem type
