[Nbd] 2.9.8 released

Hi,

This actually happened yesterday or so, but anyway.

2.9.8 is out! This release features a bunch of new features (no pun
intended), such as:
* Better debugging on erroneous input
* Support for setting the address on which nbd-server listens
* Support for the SDP protocol (experimental). Use --enable-sdp if you
  want it.

... and perhaps a few more things that I've now forgotten. Have fun.
