[Nbd] NBD 2.9.7 released

Hi,

I just released the above. Contains some new features (such as the shell
script stuff talked about earlier, and support for a new kernel feature
that isn't even accepted in a mainline kernel yet)

An updated version of 2.8 containing the support for that kernel feature
may follow later. Not sure yet at this time.
