[Nbd] HTTP through NBD server

Hello, 

Without a reason other than to announce it, I decided to post 
a link to a NBD userspace tool that server NBD requests from
a HTTP url. Obvious use would be to mount an ISO without
downloading it. 

The url is http://patraulea.com/nbd-http

I will gladly help where possible, in case someone finds this 
useful but runs into trouble. I hope this is not the wrong place
for posts such as this.
