LSB 1.2 Candidate Specification

Stuart is having minor email problems and so asked me to send this for
him. He has pushed the second candidate version of the LSB 1.2
specifications to http://www.linuxbase.org/spec

Please have a look at them, especially to check over any areas that
you expected to be fixed by the 1.2 release, and send any comments to
Stuart and to lsb-spec ASAP.  The final 1.2 version will be cut
tommorow afternoon.
