Thanks. However the problem is 'real' ... must important in the sense "C 
or C++" ... than in the sense KDE or anything else.

As Matt explains:

No.  If an application was using KDE interfaces and wanted to become
an LSB 1.1 Compliant Application, the application would need to ship
any KDE libraries required for that application to run in a
application-specific library directory.

Matt ... Do you have any example about this ?

May this lacks be solved?  ... Or is a theorical C++ problem without 
solutions ?
