Defect #127597 addressed (multiline TAB/whitespace convention poor)

One of my action items was to deal with defect #127597, "init scripts
multiline '#','Tab' convention poor".

I've done so by changing the text to read:

>In a multiline description, each continuation line must begin with a
>'#' followed by tab character or a '#' followed by at least two space
>characters. The multiline description is terminated by the first line
>that does not match this criteria.

The "tab" or "at least two space characters" is awkward, but it's the
best way to deal with it; I couldn't simply say # followed by whitespace
because lines because situations such as this:

# Description: blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
#	blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
# Default-Stop: foo

I'm not able to close the bug report in Sourceforge because it wasn't
assigned to me in Sourceforge (gk4 is listed as the bug's owner).
Goerge, could you please close this bug in Sourceforge, please?

Thanks!!
