Dynamic linker

Hi Stuart,

you seemed to have changed all those lib*lsb names and correct the
dynamic linker to /lib/ld-lsb.so.1 but forgot to change this in
chapter 9.1 which still uses "ld-linux.so.2".  Please update this.

Another problem is that we specify libc.so.6, this should be in the
architecture specific part.  For example on alpha and ia64, the
library will be c alled libc.so.6.1.
