I am interested in this part, since I monitor Linux from a BSD-standard
point of view =)

I just did a complete ELF round and am adding more support to FreeBSD.
What you want are the System V ABI docs from SCO's site at
<http://www.sco.com/developer/devspecs>.

Furthermore, you want the ABI supplements for each processor you are
interested in supporting.
I currently found: MIPS, IA-32, HP-PA on the web.
[If people have pdf/ps of PowerPC, Sparc or other CPU's I would love to
hear from you, URL's welcome =) ]
