Re: .rpm? .lsb??



I work in DB2 (a relational Database from IBM), and we have to support
four commercial distributions (RedHat, Caldera, SuSE and Pacific Hitec).
We will also provide binaries for Debian.  Today, we require RPM installer
in order to install DB2.

>From an application provider point-of-view, we would like to have just one
standard installer.  It doesn't really matter which one, but it is easier to
support
just one.
