This is a good idea, because as was pointed out to me by someone from TOG,
and verifying in the written standard (which I brought with me today),
STREAMS are a part of UNIX98 as an extension to previous standards. I had
misread it as being an extension to UNIX98. From what I hear, people have
had a rough time working on STREAMS, and so it would make sense to keep
them out of LSB until there is more/better support.
