Kernel stuff for phase 4b:
I believe modutils should match kernel,
so if we stay with 2.4.18 we should do:
modutils-2.4.18.tar.bz2

There's also a 2.4.19:
linux-2.4.19.tar.bz2
modutils-2.4.19.tar.bz2
