Topics to resolve

Seeing as how we seem to have the basic functionality
solid, I'd like to see how we can wrap up the LSB-si
to the point where it can be "released", and talk about
what (and when) that really means.

Stuart, Sean and I chatted a bit about a "phase 4"
at LWE last week and there was some mail following out
of that.

I'd also like us to decide what to do about the below
small set of FHS "violations" - shown as test problems
unless you fix manually (my claims of two failures running
on one particular host system - both those aree now ack'd
as TSDs - include my having fixed these manually). Should
these go into some postinstall step?

NOTE: the test has changed, but the change is not reflected in
the released tests. I don't believe an official TSD has been
granted, but imagine it would be if we pushed it - or we could
make a change. What should the LSB-si do?
