I found them!  We should update the FAQ, I guess.

I found the following fixes in glibc cvs:

sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/grantpt.c
sysdeps/posix/sysconf.c
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/getdents.c (in the FAQ)
io/ftw.c
sysdeps/unix/nice.c (in the FAQ)

and for Itanium,
sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/mman.h (should
 fix msync 1 and 8, although that's yet to be
 verified; needed in addition to the kernel fixes
 noted in the FAQ for the msync tests)
