new release minimal-20010508 of sample implementation (runtime component)

There is a new version of the runtime component availible.
 
This MINIMAL (sample) implementation is a change-rooted LSB application
test environment which should work distribution independent.

Changes for  minimal-20010508 (since minimal-20010418)
o added dokumentation
o added libz
o added lsbdev rpm (binary only, did not rebuild. )
o fixed bug for "make clean"

Same libraries (including X) are still missing.
