Yes I think that is the best idea. We're all scattered all over the world.
Skype conferencing could work quite nicely, and for those who don't have
Skype or video capabilities there are those of us who either have
skype-in numbers which we can conference in w/audio to others as well as
other means to set up audo teleconferences in conjunction w/IRC,
piratepad, or pasites, for those who would need to post code and
specific verbiage.
No matter what the least common denominator is for participants here,
technologically - it can be accommodated for a remotely participated
audiovisual conference.
For example, I have DIDs (Phone numbers) all over the world, so someone
could call into my Oslo number, for example, and enter the audio
conference room simply by dialing that extension at the prescribed time.
