Guess it's time to get those DVDs online!

I will try to find them sometime this week. I have a copy in my safe deposit box, and also a copy at home.... somewhere. I believe I also mailed a copy to Cameron back then.

Perhaps Cameron and I can seed a torrent for those of you with terabytes of space on a server...
