[gopher] Firefox 2 and OverbiteFF

Mozilla has announced that 2.0.0.19 will be the final version of Firefox 2.
Because continuing to support FF2 in Overbite requires maintaining separate
code for Mozilla 1.8, the next build release of Overbite will be the final
one for Firefox 2 (although I might still release emergency security updates
for an undetermined period afterwards if I discover any large holes left).
