Bucktooth 0.2.3 is released, mostly a cosmetic tweak for itemtype 3 in error
messages and adding the p/d itemtypes. There is no security content or
bugfixes in this version, although the upgrade is recommended.

Also, another version of OverbiteFF is being worked up and should be
available in a few days.
