Bug#197938: marked as done (apt: apt-get should no retry to connect to a server that have already failed)

regarding apt: apt-get should no retry to connect to a server that have already failed
to be marked as done.

This means that you claim that the problem has been dealt with.
If this is not the case it is now your responsibility to reopen the
Bug report if necessary, and/or fix the problem forthwith.

When downloading several file at once, and when the first mirror time
out, apt-get try to connect it for each package, and wait for the time
out, before falling back to a second mirrors. 

It would be better if after failing to connect a server, it doesn't
try again, and again, and again in one run.
