Package: libept-dev Version: 0.5.12 Severity: wishlist From the point of view of a user of an apt frontend, debtags information should probably be updated with the package lists. At a quick scan of the ept API, it appears that there's no way to do this. Ideally it would be implemented as a subclass of pkgAcquire::Item, but "debtags update" is quick enough that just providing the equivalent as an update() method on debtags would be a reasonable start. I imagine the same applies to the other information providers, but I haven't looked over them yet.
