Package: apt
Version: 0.5.5.1

The apt ftp method Get method violates RFC 959 by not ignoring reply
message from the server with codes between 100 and 199. According to
the state diagram on page 55 of RFC 959, the client should stay in the
wait for server reply state when it received a messgae with code between
100 and 199. Apt however proceeds to receiving file data.
