Control: reassign -1 apt
Control: retitle -1 When installing a package, apt should always upgrade rather than remove packages to satisfy dependencies
Control: severity -1 normal
Control: found -1 2.6.1
Control: found -1 2.9.5
Control: found -1 2.9.6
Note: In the initial test, I had done "apt install libpoppler-dev".
"apt install libqt6core6t64" was just an attempt to simplify it,
but the result is exactly the same.
