Bug#1018038: apt: apt.conf(5) refers to /usr/share/doc/apt/examples/configure-index.gz which does not exist (but …/examples/configure-index exists)

Hi,
apt.conf(5) refers to /usr/share/doc/apt/examples/configure-index.gz
three times, but that file does not exist. Instead
/usr/share/doc/apt/examples/configure-index without the ".gz" suffix
does exist.
This discrepancy was very likely caused by the switch to debhelper
compat level 12. From the debhelper 11.1 changelog entry:
* dh_compress: In compat 12, stop compressing any thing in
/usr/share/doc/$pkg/examples. Thanks to Piotr Ożarowski for
the suggestion. (Closes: #593382)
