Bug#931589: apt: The repository 'http://security.debian.org testing/updates Release' no longer has a Release file.

OK, but I didn't mean in APT directly. I was thinking of a rule in
the postinst script that could handle the change as a convenience
(sorry, this wasn't clear). But perhaps this is a bit too late now
(users will get the error before they can upgrade apt).
