The message if the socks5 proxy times out is:

"""
  Waiting for the SOCKS proxy socks5h://<host>:<port> to first part of response timed out [IP: <ip> <port>]
"""


This produces the awkward message:

  Waiting for X to first part of response timed out

I suspect it is missing the verb "send", which would give the more meaningful/less awkward message:

  Waiting for X to _send_ first part of response timed out

That said, the sentence is still not quite good - the "timed out" seems rather forced.
